dark is the night

i had a dream which i think stemmed from a conversation with colleen in which she asked what the difference is between a sociopath and a psychopath. i said a sociopath had no empathy and can kill people but be smart about it but a psychopath lost touch with reality and just starts killing people. both are to be avoided. i dont know. its sounds right to me. so then i had a dream that i was at the store and some kids started robbing it. i came back to find that the quilt i had been making my grandma (who wasnt really my grandma because she is dead and it didnt even look like her) was destroyed in the robbery. and i was so annoyed. anyway my grandma had already called the insurance company to make a claim on the quilt. they were giving her $3 a yard. but then the kids came back and they started killing everyone and i kept trying to call 911 but i called all the other number variations of 911 instead.

and, i just finished one of my favorite quilts so far. i gave it to brian as the sole follower of surging urges. he claims he doenst have a camera and he flushed his phone down the toilet which i thought only happened in movies so the quilt is not pictured. imagine a really good one.

yes so today i finished a quilt not pictured and i had an apartment openhouse so that i can fulfill a life time dream to live with my mom in my thirties and while i was finishing said quilt i was by the window and noticed a creepy guy outside and i was thinking oh i hope that creepy guy isnt going to look at my apartment because i had just discussed with tanya that i really didnt want any creepy guys in my apartment which is why i stopped having hometeachers. anyway. said creepy guy went away and i was relieved. and then he came back in fifteen minutes so i figured he had moved in and i was like oh great good thing i am moving. but then at the end of my apartment open house he knocked on the door (from from just what i saw was his third time coming into my apartment complex) and was even more creepy then i had even imagined. he didnt even look at my apartment but probably was just trying to figure out how best to break in and kill me dead.

he was about 5 10 and had sandy blond hair and a green plaid shirt.

babies really appreciate presents. actually they dont care. today i gave baby E a valentine shirt in case she has a baby boyfriend. it has lots of hearts and glitter and i think she liked it.

i call this one baby burrito.

sorry about your cat and your hair

i think all my quilts are starting to look the same. im not in a rut im just lazy and babies are being born all over the place. this one was born in canada. the baby not the quilt. colls had a nephew (theophilus)(aka pip)(i call him pippers)(something tells me he will request not to be called pippers in the near future). this is pippers quilt.

i wanted it to be green but colleen said pippers likes blue or maybe that was just his mom but i figured color preference is probably hereditary.

quilting blogs are not very exciting. b was asking me the other day if i started a new blog and i said no its a sewing blog so its a snooze and he said oh you mean sewooze. (i feel like i quoted him wrong). to spice it up i added a picture of me and colls trying to get our joint modeling career off the ground.

i made baby oliver a quilt. i should add a special thank you to elin and jo for providing me with red fabric when i was too lazy to go to the store. i could use some more red fabric if anyone has any extra. also arlo pointed out i should wait to give it to the baby until he is older so i can get a thank you card out of. so oliver its uncle arlo's fault you dont get this baby quilt until you can write. incidentally, uncle arlo shouldnt be trusted.

i never asked about your love life

its looks kind of wrinkley but its a baby quilt. i guess a wrinkley baby quilt. it has vintage fabric. i sort of hate saying something is vintage. does it sound too trendy? some of the material is old. real old.

i am feeling sick from all the cake

jo and i went to a quilt show at the masonic temple. masons confuse me even after reading the pamphlet. but i always figured that it was because like most things i wasnt paying attention when it was being explained to me.

the best quilts all had bibles or butterflies on them.
